I work as an AI Business Analyst and Business Developer at 2ai ApS in Sønderborg, in 2Impact, the department that uses AI to help companies with their business challenges. A case usually starts with the company's own operational data. We pull it together from systems that were never built to work together, and use it to answer a concrete question, for example whether a truck fleet can be converted to electric and what that would really cost.
More and more, I use AI for the parts of the job that take too long by hand. It helps me sort out which initiatives are worth modelling, turn free-text records into structured data, and write a first draft. Then I check that draft line by line against the source data. AI gets me to an answer faster, but I still check every number myself.
In the last six months that has meant four lines of work. Electric vehicle feasibility studies for heavy truck fleets. A lead generation system for a business that runs peer networks, integrated into its CRM. A full integration of email and desktop documents with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which reads and writes data, builds budget and forecast analysis and follows the company's own workflow. And training workshops that teach teams to use AI in their daily work.
